Delete your Vinys account

You can delete your Vinys account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Vinys and sign in.
2. Tap your initial in the top right corner (or the menu), then tap Settings.
3. In the Account section, tap Delete my account.
4. Tap Confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Or ask us by email

Email privacy@vinys.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, email address, profile, health answers (body areas, conditions, limits, and how you feel), practice history, and preferences.

What may be kept

We permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except limited records we must retain for legal reasons such as tax or fraud prevention (for example, payment records). Anonymized, aggregated data may be kept indefinitely. See our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions, or in your Apple Account settings > Subscriptions.
