How we handle consumer health data under US state privacy laws.

Last updated: June 19, 2026. This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and addresses consumer health data under the Washington My Health My Data Act, the Nevada consumer health data law, and similar laws. If there is any conflict regarding consumer health data, this policy controls.
What we mean by consumer health data
Consumer health data is information that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status. For Vinys this includes the conditions and body areas you select, your stated physical restrictions and limitations, pregnancy or postpartum status if you provide it, your energy and how you feel, and your responses during the guided movement check.

How we collect it and the sources
We collect consumer health data directly from you when you complete onboarding, the movement check, and check-ins, and as you use the service. We collect it only with your consent.
How we use it
We use consumer health data solely to create and adapt your personalized practice, to operate and secure the service, and to provide support. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to build or target advertising audiences.
How we share it, and with whom
We share consumer health data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, to run Vinys for you. These categories are hosting, database, and authentication (Supabase) and, where strictly necessary to deliver your session experience, our in-app functionality providers. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it with advertising or analytics partners. We will not share it except as described here or with your separate authorization, or as required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to know whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data and to access it, the right to withdraw your consent to its collection and sharing, and the right to have it deleted. To exercise these rights, email privacy@vinys.app. We will respond within the timeframes required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
No sale without authorization
We do not sell your consumer health data. We will not sell it without a valid, separate authorization that meets legal requirements.
