Vinys
Yoga for stress, chosen for today

Anxiety isn't only in your head. Your body gets a say.

A racing mind keeps the body braced, and a braced body keeps the mind racing. Slow breath and slow movement break that loop from the body side. Tell Vinys how today feels, and in a few minutes you're following a gentle guided video session built for it. First session free.

Why the calming videos you found didn't stick

A routine made for a calm person can't meet you on a wired day.

The jaw is clenched before the first meeting.

You notice it at noon, along with shoulders that have been up near your ears since breakfast.

The chest feels too tight for a full breath.

Nothing is wrong, exactly. You just can't get the air all the way down.

The day ends and your body doesn't.

You're in bed, the list is still running, and the video you tried asked you to relax on cue.

The part a calming video can't know

Stress is a state the body holds: shallow breath high in the chest, a tight jaw, shoulders that won't come down. It was meant to last minutes, and for you it has become the baseline. A longer out-breath and slow movement tied to breath change that state directly. But how much you can take on a wired day is different from a steadier one, and a routine that never asks can't adjust.

218randomised trials in one 2024 BMJ review put yoga among the most effective forms of exercise for mood, and among the ones people actually kept doing.

Your Vinys session

Starts from how today feels

  • Asks what your day was like and how your body feels right now, before a single movement is chosen
  • Movements and breath work that don't fit your answers are left out before you start
  • Put in the right order and amount for how you feel today
  • Guided every movement, on video, at home, with a gentler version one tap away
  • A wired evening gets a different session from a steady morning

The difference is not trying harder to relax. It's a routine that meets the day you're having.

Before you tap

The four things people ask first.

What if breathing exercises have made me more anxious before?

That happens to some people, and Vinys plans for it. You're asked how you feel before anything is chosen, and if slow breath isn't for you today the session leans on gentle movement instead. There's a gentler version of everything, and nothing asks you to force calm.

I can't get down to the floor.

Tell us. Every movement has a chair version, and your session is built only from positions you mark as fine.

Do I need yoga experience?

No. It's guided movement, not a class to keep up with. One guide, one movement at a time, at a calm pace.

What does it cost, and what happens after?

Your first session is free. Card only if you start a trial. Afterwards you see the price and decide. Nothing is charged unless you choose to continue.

Your next move
