Vinys
ME/CFS movement, chosen for today

Movement that stays inside your envelope.

With ME/CFS the bill for doing too much arrives a day or two later, so a plan that adds more each week is the wrong plan. Tell Vinys what set off your last crash and how today feels, and in a few minutes you have a gentle guided video session that asks only for what you said you had. Some days that's a few minutes of breathing. Some days it's nothing at all, and that counts. First session free.

Why every plan so far has cost you

The cost of today arrives tomorrow.

You finished the errand. Now you pay.

Yesterday you pushed through to get it done, and today the body has sent the bill.

Rest doesn't refill the tank.

You slept, you lay down, you did nothing, and you woke up as empty as you went to bed.

Every programme wants more next week.

The video, the plan, the well-meaning advice. Each one adds a little on a schedule your body never agreed to.

The part a fitness plan can't know

The defining feature of ME/CFS is that doing too much makes you worse, and the worsening often arrives a day or more later, out of all proportion to what you did. That delay is why you can't judge a session by how it feels at the time, and why anything that adds more each week is built for a different body. The guidance changed for exactly this reason: no more fixed increases, stay inside your limit, don't push through. A session that asks what you have first, and can be nothing at all, is the only kind that fits.

Your Vinys session

Starts from what you have today

  • Asks what set off your last crash and how today feels before choosing a single movement
  • Movements that don't fit your answers are left out before you start
  • Put in the right order and amount for today, from a few minutes of breathing to nothing at all
  • Guided every movement, on video, at home, with no class to keep up with
  • A gentler version one tap away, and a low day gets a genuinely lower session, never the same one with encouragement

The difference is not doing more. It's never being asked for more than you have.

What you get

Not a preview. A complete session for today.

Real movements from the Vinys library, chosen from your answers. Four of the movements an ME/CFS session can draw on, on a day that has room for them:

Downward dog, chair supportedA higher-cost example shown alongside the others. Choosing it is not progress, and skipping it is not a setback.
Extended exhale breathing, or nothing at allOne example at the lowest cost. Skipping it entirely is just as valid a choice for today.

From people who'd stopped hoping.

Karen W. · ME/CFS
On crash days I assumed movement was off the table. Vinys gives me something my body can actually do that day, even if it's just breathing on the floor.
Rina S. · Long COVID
I've had fibromyalgia for six years. This is the first thing I've actually stuck with for more than two weeks. It knows when I'm having a bad day.
Sarah M. · Fibromyalgia
Some days standing feels impossible. On those days the practice changes instead of pretending they don't happen.
Ava C. · POTS
I arrived exhausted and over-responsible. The practice never asks me to perform.

Before you tap

The four things people ask first.

What if exercise has made it worse before?

For ME/CFS that's the expected result of a plan that adds more on a schedule, and it's why Vinys has none. It asks what you have today before choosing anything, never increases your session because a week has passed, and treats doing nothing as a complete choice for the day. You're never asked to push through.

I can't get down to the floor.

Tell us. Every movement has a chair or wall version, and your session is built only from positions you mark as fine. If lying down is all today allows, lying down is fine.

Do I need yoga experience?

No. It's guided movement, not a class to keep up with. One guide, one movement at a time, at a calm pace.

What does it cost, and what happens after?

Your first session is free. Card only if you start a trial. Afterwards you see the price and decide. Nothing is charged unless you choose to continue.

Your next move

Your next session should cost nothing you don't have.

Tell Vinys what set off your last crash and how today feels. Your first guided session is built from those answers, asks only for what you said you had, and is ready in a few minutes. If today has nothing to give, that's a valid answer too.
